Why this site exists

WARDOGS hands you $10,000 once, and every rifle, vehicle and magazine after that comes out of the same balance. That makes the interesting question not “what does this rifle cost” but “what does an evening of bad luck cost”. How much of a loadout comes back when you die is still an open question, and we say so rather than picking the answer that reads best. Most sites publish a price list; we would rather publish the arithmetic around it — what a loadout leaves in the balance, how many rides you can lose before the money runs out, and what the mortar needs to be dialled to.

Where the numbers come from

BULKHEAD publishes almost no figures — its patch notes are the exception, and we quote them word for word. Everything else here is measured by players, and every page says by whom. Since Season 2 most prices are BULKHEAD's own, from its patch notes; the rest are community recordings, and the price board says which is which. We have not yet read the vendor ourselves. The L81 and SPH-2 firing tables come from an open-source project and are credited on the calculator, with its licence reprinted in full.

Two rules keep us honest. Nothing is invented: if a figure has no source, it does not go on the page. Disagreement is shown, not hidden: where two community sources conflict — the L81's maximum range is the current example, 684 m against 3.1 km — the page says so and tells you what is still unknown, rather than quietly picking one.

Early access moves. A patch can change a price or a table overnight, so every data page carries the date it was last checked. If something no longer matches your game, that is worth an email.
